Brilliant. Not only did Craig's team thoroughly service our NIBE F470 exhaust air heat pump but they also offered insightful operational optimisations based on their experience and (Heat Geek) expertise. Suffice to say the unit is now working better than it ever has - I wish Craig had helped design and install the system!
